Terms & Conditions

By booking a trip with Shark Bait Boys, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due before the excursion begins.
Accepted payment methods include cash, online payment
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

72 Hours or More Notice: Full refund of deposit or payment.
Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Deposit is non-refundable; possible reschedule at our discretion.
No-Shows: Full trip cost will be charged.
Weather Cancellations: If the crew deems conditions unsafe, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Safety & Conduct

The crew's decisions regarding safety and operation are final.
All participants must follow crew instructions at all times.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation; illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in early trip termination without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk

Fishing involves inherent risks, including injury and unpredictable weather. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Shark Bait Boys, its owners, and crew are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. Catch Policy

Catch limits and species restrictions are determined by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations.
Certain species may be catch-and-release only, at the crew's discretion or as required by law.
The crew will make every effort to help you catch fish, but success is not guaranteed.

6. Media Release

With your permission, photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes. You may request removal of any media featuring you at any time.

7. Weather & Trip Changes

Trips may be altered, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, tides, or unforeseen circumstances.
If the trip is shortened due to unsafe conditions, partial refunds may be issued at the crew's discretion.

8. Liability Waiver

All anglers will be required to sign a liability waiver before the charter begins. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

9. Fishing License Requirement
All guests participating in a Shark Bait Boys shark fishing charter are required by law to possess a valid Florida Saltwater Shore-Based Shark Fishing License. It is the responsibility of each guest to obtain this license prior to the trip. Failure to present proof of a valid license may result in denial of participation without refund. Shark Bait Boys is not responsible for obtaining licenses on behalf of guests.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
