72-Hour Shark Bait Boys Fishing Charter Cancellation Policy

We know things can change, and we try to make rescheduling easy. To keep trips fair for all guests and our guides, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before Trip Start

   • Full refund of your deposit or any amount paid.

1. Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before Trip Start

   • Deposit is non-refundable.

   • In some cases, we may apply your deposit to a future trip within 6 months, depending on availability.

1. No-Show Policy

   • If you do not show up for your scheduled trip without contacting us, the full trip cost will be charged.

1. Weather & Safety

   • If the guide determines weather or shoreline conditions are unsafe, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Safety is always our priority.

1. Arrival Time

   • Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your fishing experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip with no fee adjustment.
